Definitely, you get treated like a family here. It’s like that every day, all day long. The laughing, the camaraderie, you know, everybody here treats each other like family. Some of us have been working together for 20 years now. And we treat our patients the same way. You know, patients, we laugh and joke with our patients. We do everything we can to keep them comfortable and relaxed. We know about their families.

You know, the treatments we do for our patients, exactly what you would do for me. You know, if I was working on me, I would do the exact same thing that I’m doing for my patients. We don’t do anything different. We treat them exactly the way we would treat us, treating myself. I would do the exact same way I would treat the staff, our family members, their family members. And I think people pick up on…they do enjoy getting treated like they’re family.

First of all, that the staff, including, you know, Dr. Rob, knows your name. And the fact that you feel welcome and comfortable, and it’s all…you know, they ask and care, “What is it you want to see? Is there anything that we can help that you’re not comfortable with or that you would like to see change or so?” I never forget that from my first day, because I was…I had a little bit of a complex with my smile. It’s just that, the way that my teeth look, the color of them and everything.

So once I came in and had the assessment and just taking a look and, you know, I’m thinking major stuff, minor stuff in their eyes. But the way that they work with you to create that look that you want, that you’re proud with, that you carry every day, every second of the day. And so it makes you feel good about yourself and the service that they provide.

Yeah, if you’re looking for an experience that you can feel confident you’re getting quality work and that you’re dealing with good people, then this is the place to be. I’ve had quite a journey with dentists through my whole life. And this is one of the best practices that I’ve been involved in.

The biggest thing for me, I would say, is they will work with you. I don’t think I’m the only one out there that has anxiety or had anxiety about coming to the dentist. And so I think if you’re apprehensive from that standpoint, I think you can find some comfort here. I know I did. The other nice thing about it is it’s truly a family dentistry. Great with kids, great with adults. Seems like they’re equipped to handle, you know, just about anybody. And that’s something that’s nice. You don’t have to go to multiple places if you’re more than just, you know, a family of one or two.

Here at Brassfield Cosmetic and Family Dental Center, you can expect to be treated like family. You’ll get the best care available. They’ll get you as comfortable as you can possibly be. It’s not going to always be your favorite place to be, but at least it’s not going to be a bad experience. It’s going to be a comfortable experience.
