Well first off, the environment here, we try to not make it stressful. You know, you do hear a lot of laughing coming from, you know, down the hallway and other rooms. Because people really are having a lot of fun while they’re here. Some people just being in a more comfortable environment will help with their anxiety. Some people need a little pharmaceutical courage, which is okay also. We do have nitrous laughing gas plumbed into every operatory. And it’s, you know, super simple. If somebody wants to have the nitrous, they just need to give us a heads up and we’ll have it turned on and humming before they sit down. And for a lot of people, that’s all it takes for them to be comfortable. The neat thing about the laughing gas is, you know, you turn it on within a few minutes, you’re in your relaxed state. Get the procedure done, turn it off, within a few minutes you’re ready to drive home. And it’s safe and comfortable that way. For a lot of people, that’s all they need. For other people, they need to kind of take it to the next level. And that would be, you know, a trip to the pharmacy to go grab some (inaudible). And we write you a prescription for it, you go to the pharmacy, pick it up, come back, have somebody drive you to your appointment, drive you home. A couple of (inaudible) for people that are a little bit more anxious, sometimes is all it takes to get them more comfortable. Then, you know, for those people that still need to take it to the next level, we can give them the (inaudible) and the laughing gas. And they’re pretty, I mean, somebody that’s had both of those is pretty unaware of what’s going on. They’ll still remember bits and pieces, but they are very relaxed. And if somebody needs to go to the next level beyond that, it would be IV sedation. We don’t do that here. We do have other people we work with that do offer the IV sedation, and, you know, we can hook people up with that. We looked into it quite a bit and decided that’s just not something that we’re going to do here in the office.
